Delete your Civo Color data
For the app Civo Color: Color by Number by Nanjing Heyback Technology Co., Ltd. Civo Color has no sign-up or login, so there is no account to delete; you can delete the data linked to your device as described below.
How to request deletion
- Data on your device: uninstall the app. This removes your coloring progress, preferences and other local data. It cannot be recovered. Pictures you saved to your photos are not affected.support@civocolor.com
- Data on our servers: email support@civocolor.com with the subject “Civo Color data deletion” and include your device model, OS version and app version (shown at the bottom of Settings in the app). If you have sent feedback before, include its content or time so we can find your records.
- We verify the request and delete your data within 30 days.support@civocolor.com
What is deleted and what is kept
